Marketing Manager | Client Support Specialist

Part-Time

Hybrid In-Office | Atlanta 

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager | Client Support Specialist - a tech-savvy, highly organized creative who loves turning ideas into action.

The Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, highly organized creative who loves turning ideas into action.
This role is perfect for someone who:
  • Enjoys client communication and follow-through

  • Has strong design taste and attention to detail

  • Loves tools, systems, and leveraging technology for efficiency

  • Can turn meetings into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables

  • Cares about doing meaningful work well

You’ll work closely with the creative director, who leads vision, concepting, and presentations, while you own execution, communication, and coordination with creative team.


What You’ll Do

Client Support & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 5-10 active clients

  • Clearly communicate timelines, updates, and next steps

  • Write thoughtful meeting recaps and client communications

Task Creation & Project Management

  • Translate client meetings into actionable tasks in Trello

  • Manage timelines, revisions, and approvals

  • Keep projects organized, visible, and moving 

  • Coordinate and assign tasks with our creative team:

    • Lead Designer

    • Web Developer

    • Videographer

  • Assign tasks, align timelines, and ensure quality and clarity

Creative Execution & Production Support (Secondary Priority)

  • Formatting and polishing reports, proposals, decks, and PDFs

  • Light updates to design work in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva

  • Light website Edits (SquareSpace / Wordpress / Webflow)

  • Prepare files for delivery and quality control

  • Support social media scheduling or posting as needed

Technology, AI & Efficiency

  • Improve workflows with better systems, templates, and tools

  • Actively use and explore AI tools

  • Look for smarter, faster ways to work without sacrificing quality for active clients

Compensation + Perks

  • Part-time (15–20 hrs/week)

  • Base salary
